Orders
Placing an order sends your order details to us via WhatsApp for confirmation. An order is only confirmed once we reply to confirm availability, price, and delivery details.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time of order confirmation is the price you pay.
Payment Methods
We accept Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, JazzCash, and EasyPaisa. Payment details are shared and confirmed over WhatsApp before dispatch for non-COD orders.
Delivery
Delivery times vary by city and courier availability. We'll share an estimated delivery window when confirming your order.
Product Use
Our rose water products are intended for topical, culinary, and religious/ceremonial use as described on each product page. If you have a known skin sensitivity, we recommend a patch test before regular use.
