Refund & Return Policy
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and a photo of the product. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
Opened or Used Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on bottles that have been opened or used, unless the product itself is defective.
Change of Mind
Unopened, sealed products in their original packaging can be returned within 3 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued via bank transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa to the account you provide, typically within 5–7 business days of approval. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded the same way.
